You have 14 days* (see exceptions at the bottom) to return your item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You item must be returned in the original packaging.

In order to consider a return, your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon return, your item will be inspected and a refund will be considered. I will notify you of the status of the refund following the inspection of the returned item.

If you return is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.

Returns shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

*Exceptions

Personalised Goods - I do not accept returns on personalised goods, as I cannot resell them.  However if your item is faulty, I will consider a replacement item for you. 
Whoopsies - I have declared that these items have imperfections on the listing and therefore sold at a discounted rate  Please read the description on the item before purchasing.
